MEETINGS


Troop Meetings
  

Troop Meetings are at 7 pm on Monday nights at the Morrisville United Methodist Church and last approximately 1 to 1-1/2 hours.


Patrol Leaders Council Meetings

 

PLC Meetings are at 7 pm on the 3rd Monday of each month at the Morrisville United Methodist Church.  These are conducted during the regular Troop Meeting that evening.


Troop Committee Meetings

Troop Committee Meetings are at 7 pm on the 4th Monday of each month at the Morrisville United Methodist Church.  These are conducted during the regular Troop Meeting that evening. 

LEADERSHIP HEADLINES



  • YOUTH PROTECTION TRAINING - Any and all adults that will be in contact with the Scouts MUST PASS Youth Protection Training.  This training serves to protect the Scout, as well as protect the adult.  BSA is requiring that everyone take this very quick and simple online training.
  •  
  • Leader Specific Training for Scoutmasters and Assistant Scoutmasters is recommended for all adults working with the activities side of the Scouting program.  This training is usually offered by the Piedmont District in May.  Please consider taking this if you plan on participating in Troop campouts and other program events.
  •  
  • The Committee is still looking for volunteers to handle large and small positions/tasks.  If you would like to help, please contact Ms. Tina Carter.
  •  
  • Merit Badge Counselors are BADLY NEEDED!  If interested in helping your son and the other Scouts, please contact Mrs. Tanya Ring, Ms. Tina Carter, or Scoutmaster Yates.
